Why does my order status 'Pending Payment'?

Normally, your payment will be confirmed within 4 business days after you made the payment. The order status will be “Pending Payment” after your payment.


How do I ask for an invoice?

You should ask the EBC to provide the invoice to you by sending a message to us.

How do I know my payment has been received?

When the payment has been received by EBC, we will send an automatic message to inform you. You can also visit ebiochem website and login to your MyEbiochem to check the order status. If we do receive your payment, the order status will showawaiting shippment”.

When I placed an order, there was no online payment option. What's wrong?

The online payment method is unavailable for some shipping address as some carrier may not reach that place.

The other possibility is that your order need the supplier's confirmation whether the products are in stock as well as confirm the freight. 

Can I change my billing information?

If your order has been placed, you can’t change your billing information.
