Appearance/properties: Strong baking caramel smell, features for fruit, malt fragrance, caramel and pineapple aroma. White to light yellow crystals or powder solid, slightly soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, and other organic solvents.
Melting point: 75-78°C.
Application: trace in food, tobacco, beverage, fragrance threshold for 0.04 PPB has the obvious increase incense repairing effects, thus can be widely used in food, beverage tobacco and cosmetic products. Used for blending baking food, bread, malt, brown sugar, strawberry, candied fruit, caramel flavors.
