Cholic Acid      

It is extracted from bile of cattle and sheep.Cattle gall use more frequently than sheet gall. We refine it from rude cholic acid (assay:60%—70%).

Ethanol Solubility    "500mg of cholic acid ,accurately weighted , add 50ml of ethanol ,

and heat to 60℃ until solution is absolutly soluble,then transfer it to

a  place at a temperature between 20-25℃ for an  hour. The solution should be clear and no visible deposition ."
