        前列腺癌细胞基因检测试剂盒包含3组DNA探针,分别为TMPRSS2(21q22.2)与ETV1(7p21.2)以及ETV4(17q21)的基因融合探针,还有ERG(21q22.3)基因的断裂重组探针,前列腺癌细胞基因检测试剂盒具有很高的特异性和灵敏性,对于前列腺癌的早期诊断及预后判断有着及其重要的意义。 
        前列腺癌是一种老年男性泌尿生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤, 近年来在我国发病率和死亡率均明显增加。目前,PSA筛查、直肠指诊(DRE)、经直肠超声引导穿刺活检是前列腺癌诊断的标准方法,但这三种方法都有其不足。
        约有80%的前列腺癌病人都伴有TMPRSS2基因与ETS基因家族(如ERG,ETV1,ETV4)融合的遗传学改变,而这些改变并不出现于良性前列腺病变中。其中,最常见的为TMPRSS2位点与ERG位点的相互融合,其次为TMPRSS2位点与ETV1位点的相互融合及TMPRSS2位点与ETV4的位点相互融合。FISH检测前列腺癌的敏感性达到80%以上,特异性达到100%。为临床提供相比PSA筛查和穿刺活检更为准确、客观的诊断指标。是现有前列腺癌诊断方法的重要补充,对于前列腺癌的早期诊断及预后判断有着极其重要的意义。 
        本品以确诊为前列腺癌患者的石蜡包埋前列腺组织切片为检测对象,用荧光原位杂交的方法检测前列腺癌细胞中TMPRSS2基因是否与ETS基因家族(ERG、或包括ETV1和ETV4基因在内的其他基因)发生融合,并能检测ERG是否与除了TMPRSS2基因之外的其他基因发生融合,从而为前列腺癌的早期诊断及预后判断提供辅助检测。
